Health Department Town Hall on COVID-19 Vaccine for Children ages 5-11

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Durham Region Health Department is hosting a virtual Town Hall this Thursday, December 2. This is an opportunity for parents and guardians of children ages 5 – 11 to get information about the pediatric COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine and have their questions answered by a panel of local medical and health care professionals. Participants will be able to obtain first-hand information about local children’s COVID-19 immunization clinics and participate in a question-and-answer session with the panel.
What: Virtual Town Hall for parents/guardians on COVID-19 vaccine for children 5 to 11 years old
When: Thursday, December 2, 2021 – 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Why: An opportunity for parents to discuss questions and concerns regarding the pediatric COVID-19 Pfizer (Comirnaty) vaccine.
